🔐How to delete my account?

To delete your account on the Insynergi platform, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Insynergi account using your username and password.

  2. Navigate to the account settings or profile section of the platform. This is usually located in the dropdown menu or sidebar.

  3. Look for an option or link labelled "Delete Account". Click on it to proceed.

  4. You will be asked to confirm your decision to delete your account. Follow the prompts to confirm.

  5. Once confirmed, your account will be scheduled for deletion. Depending on the platform's policies, it may take some time for your account to be fully deleted from the system.

  1. Backup copies: Deleted data may still exist in backup systems for a limited period (30 days from the moment of deletion) until they are overwritten or deleted as part of routine backup processes.

  2. Legal or regulatory requirements: Insynergi may be required to retain certain data for compliance with legal or regulatory obligations, such as tax records or financial transactions.

  3. Anonymized data: Aggregated or anonymized data that does not personally identify you may be retained for analytical or statistical purposes.

The time period for the complete deletion of data may vary depending on internal policies, legal requirements, and technical constraints. Typically, personal data will be permanently deleted from active systems and backups after 30 days from the moment of deletion.
